Auditing, Tracking and Regulatory Compliance. Cirrus professionals conduct material management reviews, supporting and tracking material expenses, performing in-depth analyses, identifying overcharges, collecting required documentation for overcharges and submitting appropriate activities to recoup the overcharges. We conduct extensive tracking of material metrics to produce various data system reports, queries, spreadsheets and graphics. Lean Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) and Business Process Reengineering. Cirrus conducts business process reengineering and Lean Six Sigma CPI initiatives to several organizations at the Warner Robins Air Logistics Center.
